We offer complimentary consultations but require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are fully redeemable towards treatment. If you chose to not proceed with treatment for any reason your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour’s notice are not eligible for a refund.

At The Skin Boutique, we will have an initial consultation with you to establish details about your health and suitability for treatment. Good candidates are usually patients who are healthy and do not have underlying medical conditions that would interfere with the procedure. The treatment is not generally suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
On the day of your consultation, we will discuss your medical history, aesthetic concerns, and what you expect to achieve from your anti-wrinkle treatment. We will then develop a customised treatment plan suited to your needs and goals. We can also address any further questions you may have so that you can approach the day of your treatment with confidence.
Aftercare
Our treatments are considered low-risk, which means side effects are temporary and mild. You can expect to have a small amount of redness and swelling, and in some cases, irritation and headaches. These symptoms should not last long, subsiding within a couple of days to reveal smoother, stronger-looking skin.
Although the risks are rare, you should still take the proper steps to care for your skin. This will help your treated sites heal quickly and produce a result that you are happy with. For example, it is recommended that patients:
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Minimise facial movement for at least 30 minutes after treatment
- Avoid rubbing or irritating the treated areas
- Do not expose your treated skin to heat or sunlight
- Sleep with your head slightly elevated
