Why body skin needs its own plan
Skin on the body is thicker in places and gets more sun than we think. It also heals more slowly than the face.
Arms, chest, back and hands show sun damage first. Spots, redness and uneven tone build up over years.
Treatments are spaced weeks apart so skin can recover. Most people need a series to see a clear change.
Some concerns, like loose skin, stretch marks and cellulite, change only a little with treatment. We tell you that up front.
What we see most
Sun damage
Spots, freckling and uneven tone on the chest, back, arms and hands.
Rough texture
Dry, bumpy or dull skin, often on the arms and legs.
Unwanted hair
Shaving and waxing take time and can cause ingrown hairs and rash.
Stretch marks & scars
Common after growth, pregnancy or weight change. They can soften, but rarely fade fully.
The treatments we use on the body
Light treats sun damage and uneven tone. Laser reduces unwanted hair. Your therapist matches them to your skin at consultation. For scars, stretch marks or loose skin, book a consult and we'll talk you through your options.

BBL Forever Young Body
Broadband light targets brown spots and redness on the hands, chest, arms, back and legs. Most people need a series of 3, about 4 weeks apart.

Laser Hair Removal
Medical-grade laser slows and reduces hair growth over a course of 6 to 8 sessions. Priced by area.

Consult
We look at your skin, your history and your goals. We may do a patch test. Then we map your plan.
Prepare
Avoid sun and fake tan for 2 to 4 weeks before light treatment. Start daily SPF on exposed areas.
Treat
A series of sessions, spaced weeks apart. Spots may darken and flake off within 1 to 2 weeks.
Maintain
Daily SPF, gentle exfoliation and a yearly top-up help hold results.
What to expect: sun spots often look lighter after 1 to 2 BBL sessions. Hair reduction takes a course over 6 to 12 months. New sun damage can appear without daily SPF. Results vary by skin.
What you do at home matters
Body skin responds to steady care. Exfoliate gently, keep skin moisturised, and use SPF on anything the sun sees. Your therapist prescribes what suits you.

Your body skin questions, answered
Which areas can you treat?
BBL treats hands, shoulders, chest, arms, back and legs. Laser hair removal covers most areas, from the face to full body. We confirm what suits you at consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
BBL usually takes a series of 3, about 4 weeks apart. Laser hair removal usually takes 6 to 8 sessions. Some skin needs more.
Is there downtime?
After BBL, skin may look pink and spots darken for 1 to 2 weeks before they flake off. After laser, skin may look pink for a day. Avoid sun, heat and exercise for 24 to 48 hours.
Can you treat cellulite or loose skin?
No treatment removes cellulite, and loose skin changes only a little. Book a consult and we'll be honest about what can help.
Can you help with stretch marks or body scars?
Some scars and stretch marks soften with treatment, but they rarely fade fully. Book a consult so we can look at your skin and talk you through options.
What about body acne?
Breakouts on the chest and back are common. Gentle exfoliation helps. Book a consult if they are painful or leave marks.
