To remind our clients of bookings, our software automatically generates a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can reply to this SMS or call the clinic if you need to reschedule or cancel.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit or the value of your pre-paid treatment will be forfeited for;

Rescheduling, or
Not Attending

Please show up to your appointment prepared for treatment. The value of your treatment will be forfeited if it is rescheduled for any reason with less than 24 hours notice.
